Where do I register?
Follow this link to join Team Unity Center or, visit www.especiallyforyourace.org and look for Team Unity Center Cedar Rapids when you register.

Which Event Should I Sign Up For?
You can register for any of the events – 5k run, 5k walk, or 1 mile Family Fun Walk.  Team Unity will meet before the race and then you can go your own way (or walk with the group) – or just meet us at the New Bo 5k  finish line to cheer us on!

When and Where?
Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Mercy Medical Center’s Hall-Perrine Cancer Center. Team Unity will designate a place to gather before the race. Opening Ceremony is at 7:45 am. You can find all of the details at the Especially For You website.

Can I still go to Unity’s Sunday Service?
Yes!! Absolutely! Susan and others have done the race many times and they always make it to UCR in time. You might plan ahead though…the Race begins at Mercy and ends at New Bo.

Do I have to raise money?
No, just pay your registration fee and you will receive a t-shirt with the EFY and Unity logos. Early Registration, $32;  After August 31, $37
