The Minister Search team, comprised of Lynda Blacksmith, Paula Land, Audrey Eggleston, Kevin Krumvieda, and Chris Klostermann have met three times so far and will continue to meet as necessary to attract the right Minister to UCR. We will report out regularly with any new information that we have.
As of now, we have taken the Unity Worldwide hiring protocol and modified it to fit our context at UCR. We are also synthesizing deeply the congregation’s feedback on the desires and priorities sought in a new Minister and using that to help guide our search.
Lastly, we are receiving applications and reviewing them as we receive them, and rest assured, we will be in consistent contact with all of you as we continue this journey.
