1st Annual UnityCR Arts & Crafts Fair

Saturday, October 18, 10 am to 3 pm
Sunday, October 19, 9 am to 12 noon

  1. Booths must be set up and ready to go by 9:45 am in the UnityCR CommUnity Room. Doors open at 9 am.
  2. Tables (8ft) are provided; however, a few vendors may have to share.
  3. Two chairs (or more) will be available for you and a friend.
  4. You will provide, if needed: Table covering, displays, etc. Empty boxes can be kept under your table.
  5. Moving your items in and out of the fair is your responsibility. We will not have personnel to help you.
  6. Items will be securely held overnight at the end of the day on Saturday. Items should be packed and removed by 1 pm Sunday, October 19.
  7. We recommend you have business cards available.

Food

  • Complementary water, coffee, and tea will be provided.
  • Brownies or cookies will be available for a dollar each.
  • No luncheon will be available.  Outside food is permitted.

Finances

  • All items will be purchased through a central cashier provided by Unity Center of Cedar Rapids.  30% of the sales will be donated to Unity Center of Cedar Rapids✭.  70% will be paid to the vendor by check within 2 weeks.
  • There is no fee for the table.

  • Unity Center of Cedar Rapids is a non-profit organization under Section 501 (c) (3).
