UnityCR is engaging the coaching services of Rev. Dr. Gary Simmons to support us in the implementation of Integral Ministry Practices. This will strengthen UnityCR and help us be more aligned and consistent in our mission-centric practices and culture. As we seek a minister, we will be better positioned to attract the right and perfect person to guide our spiritual and operational evolution as a ministry.
To support this work on the ground, Paula will be serving as the Spiritual Community Director. This role will ensure that any gaps we may currently be experiencing without a minister can be filled.
