At the age of 52, Ellie transitioned from male to female while living in Cedar Rapids. Although not at all easy, transitioning genders gave Ellie the opportunity for a “do-over” in life. Her inclusivity presentation, Gray Area Thinking, is a toolset for interacting with diverse humans in a mindful and compassionate way. Free and open to the public. Please RSVP
