Unity is once again partnering with Families Helping Families this holiday season. Learn more about them at familieshelpingfamiliesofiowa.org. Please take a tag from the tree in the foyer and return an unwrapped gift to UCR by December 3rd.  Please note: This year, the tags have general suggestions for gifts. For example, "farm animals" can be purchased anywhere of your choosing.

Sound healing is a beneficial therapy that utilizes sound vibrations to enhance overall physical, emotional, and spiritual health. It has the potential to alleviate stress and anxiety, uplift mood, boost concentration, and induce profound relaxation. By employing harmonious frequencies, sound instrument practices aim to bring about equilibrium and serenity in both the body and mind.

Kelsy Honeycutt is the sound practitioner at Realive Metaphysical Store, with over a year and a half of experience in this field. Donations are appreciated ($5 to $20).
