TRUE Tuesday, Dec 16 - Kundalini YogaJoin Jennifer Bowers for Kundalini Yoga, the "Yoga of Awareness." This ancient practice awakens one's life force energy through movement, breath work, sound, and meditation. Each kriya becomes a doorway: a way to clear old patterns, expand your capacity to feel, and remember the deeper intelligence that lives in your breath! You may feel tingling, euphoric, expansive, or blissful during this hour. Dress in comfortable clothes, bring your mat, water, and bolster/ pillow if needed. You may use a chair if unable to sit on floor. This will be beginner level, and prior experience is not required! A love donation of any amount is always welcome! |
