“Bootstraps and Barriers”

“Pull yourself up by your bootstraps” is a common phrase when discussing individuals experiencing homelessness. But it doesn’t truly encompass the realities of the barriers those individuals face. With education surrounding resources made available through non-profits, it is our hope that you will feel empowered to share your knowledge with others in your circle and join us in working towards a solution in Linn County.

Alicia Faust

Alicia has been with Willis Dady Homeless Services since 2016 and started as Executive Director in August 2020. Alicia has since continued expanding services and programming in Linn County for individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Alicia values the power of collaboration and strives to create a positive, creative, and unique work environment that opens doors for clients and staff to receive the most support possible throughout their journey.
